Qualifications
- Must be existing single family, not new construction (?) New construction is defined as any home built within the last year.

Home must have a minimum of 10 linear feet of exposed ductwork located in unconditioned space
(?) Annual Fuel Utilization Efficiency (AFUE). Electronic Commutated Motor (ECM).
- Home must have a permanently installed, ducted electric furnace or heat pump serving as the home’s current primary heat source
- Pre-existing duct insulation levels must be less than or equal to R-2
- Final duct insulation must be R-8 or greater
- Work must be completed by a Program HVAC Contractor listed on the Program-Eligible HVAC Contractor List

- All physically accessible ducts located in unconditioned space must be sealed and insulated in accordance to the specifications outlined in the Wyoming Technical Specifications Manual
- Application must be submitted within 90 days of the work completion date
Incentives are associated with the most recent tariff filing approved by the Wyoming Public Service Commission. All incentives are subject to change with 45 days’ notice. Additional terms and conditions may apply.
Residential electric customers residing in the state of Wyoming who purchase their electricity from Rocky Mountain Power on rate schedules 2 or 18 qualify. Landlords who own rental properties served by the company in the state of Wyoming where the tenant is billed on rate schedules 2 or 18 also qualify for this program. You can locate your rate schedule on your bill or by calling 1-888-221-7070. Incentive checks are only issued in the name of the Rocky Mountain Power account holder.
