- Third Party Payment Addendum, for applicants who would like to forward payment to a third party not listed on the utility account.

4) Sign and submit
Qualifications if installed before August 23, 2021
- Must be existing single-family home, not new construction.
- Work completed must comply with all building codes and standards.
- Home must have a minimum of 10 linear feet of exposed ductwork located in unconditioned space.
- Home must have a permanently installed, ducted electric furnace or heat pump serving as the home’s current primary heat source.
- Existing ducts must be unsealed.
Qualifications if installed on or after August 23, 2021
- Must be existing single-family home, not new construction.
- Work completed must comply with all building codes and standards.
- Home must have a minimum of 10 linear feet of exposed ductwork located in unconditioned space.
- Home's primary heat source must be either a ducted heat pump, an electric forced air furnace or a gas forced air furnace with CAC.
- Existing ducts must be unsealed.
- Work must be completed by a Program-Qualified HVAC Contractor listed on the Program-Eligible HVAC Contractors List.
- Work must be completed in accordance with the specifications outlined in the Wyoming Technical Specifications Manual.
- All physically accessible ducts located in unconditioned space must be sealed.
- Duct sealing must reduce duct leakage to the outside by 50 percent or more with a 100 CFM (Cubic Foot per Minute) minimum reduction.
Additional Requirements
- Pre-existing duct insulation levels may not exceed R-2 and must be replaced with at least R-8
- All physically accessible ducts located in unconditioned living spaces must be insulated.
- Duct sealing and duct insulation must be performed in the same project, with insulation installed after ducts are sealed.

Additional Program Rules:
- Home may qualify for either duct sealing or duct sealing + insulation, but not both.
- Incentives are limited to one-time installations within the qualified space of the home and cannot exceed the total cost of the project.
- Homes that have previously received an incentive through the program do not qualify for additional incentives if replaced.
- When applying for duct sealing + duct insulation, separate contractors may perform the two services. The duct sealing contractor listed on the application will receive the trade ally incentive.
- Submit all documents so they are received within 90 days of the qualifying service completion date.
- Incentive for gas heated homes with CAC (central air conditioning) is only available if the work was completed on or after August 23, 2021.

Incentives are associated with the most recent tariff filing approved by the Wyoming Public Service Commission. All incentives are subject to change with 45 days’ notice. Additional terms and conditions may apply.
Residential electric customers residing in the state of Wyoming who purchase their electricity from Rocky Mountain Power on rate schedules 2 or 18 qualify. Landlords who own rental properties served by the company in the state of Wyoming where the tenant is billed on rate schedules 2 or 18 also qualify for this program.
